There are different types of stress.  

Some types of stress are actually good for us.  Like running a 10K race, or experiencing the fear and excitement of riding a roller coaster, or taking a risk and signing up for voice lessons.

But if you're experiencing stress that is overwhelming, or you want help relaxing and enjoying your life more, we can work with you:
  • individually in 1-to-1 sessions, or
  • you can sign up for our next group course,  Extraordinary Ordinary Living, a life-changing series of classes.
