Maintain a Creative Practice
I find that many of my clients who come to me because they are blue, or feel stuck, or have addictions to food or their phones, are really just plain bored. Human beings only thrive when they have something in their lives they feel passionate about, and when they take time to be creative. Engaging in a creative practice puts you into a flow state and is one of the most rewarding ways to spend your time. Your troubles melt away. You feel more alive.

Try coming home from work a couple of nights a week and lose yourself in the flow of that wonderful creative state, instead of parking yourself in front of the television. Most communities have classes available. Find free YouTube videos with instructions. Bluprint.com has fairly affordable online classes that are very good. Search for MeetUps in your area and find people you can be creative with. Try to schedule some creative time at least twice a week.
