Additionally, I use Eriksonian Hypnosis to work on a range of medical issues, such as reducing your perception of pain, getting rid of hot flashes, and helping you sleep well.
You can achieve lasting, dramatic behavioral changes in a short time, often within 3-5 sessions, generally conducted one or two weeks apart. Sessions (or workshops) may include work in any or all of the following:

How Sessions Work Each session lasts 45-60 minutes at my Providence, RI office, which is located near Brown University. I also work with clients via Skype. Be sure to wear comfortable clothing that you can feel relaxed in. Most of my programs run from three to five sessions. The first session begins with a discussion of the changes you would like to make: How are you feeling now and how would you like to be feeling? How are you behaving now and how would you like to be behaving? In between sessions, you will have quick and easy ‘homework’ to conduct – such as a two-minute meditation you can do in any quiet spot, or listening to a relaxing recording. |
